So how do you take an historic, working ranch in California's agricultural center and turn it into one of California's most sought after real estate investments?
The Solution
Using the abundant history and wide open feel of this area we developed a series of ads as well as HTML emails, brochures and an interactive website all designed to immerse the viewer in the Canyon Hills Ranch experience: blissful solitude, expansive views and a feeling of old West meets modern convenience. By placing the viewer in the Ranch, we knew they would recognize that this was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Our HTML email had a notable response. Preceding the launch of the CHR teaser, the website and magazine media generated 316 leads. Of those 316 interested parties 65% actually responded and 58.1% were filtered into the hot prospects list and 1.8% forwarded this email on to others.
The Results
Through extensive research and strategic market planning, we focused our media buys on popular magazines with wide distribution, successfully bringing awareness of the conveniently secluded Canyon Hills Ranch to not only the Bay Area, but the central and southern parts of California. This brought us many hot leads and inquiries on a national level as well.
