The story behind the "HELLO" posters
We've all seen them around our cities and towns. Little HELLO my name is badges with tags, marks, art, messages etc. on them. I've always been intrigued by them and the messages that you have to decipher on each unique one. I decided to take it in a different direction and make my own custom version of the badge, only a lot larger.
In the video above I'm lettering 18 of them in a row. The posters in the video were done for a print exchange project between a group of graphic designers.
Once I started I ended up screen printing 500 of them to get the cost of materials down. If you're interested in getting a few for yourself, they come in packs of 5.
